Excitement is building up among cricket fans as Team India unveiled their official jersey for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Scheduled to be held in the West Indies and the USA next month, the tournament promises to be a thrilling cricket extravaganza.
Adidas takes center stage
Adidas, the official kit sponsor for BCCI, took to their official Instagram account to share an exciting video featuring Team India’s captain Rohit Sharma, star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, and veteran spinner Kuldeep Yadav. The video showcased the unveiling of Team India’s official jersey for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Team India also reposted the video on their social media handle, generating buzz among fans ahead of the much-anticipated tournament.

The jersey for India’s upcoming appearance in the ICC showpiece event will boast tri-colour lines adorning a v-shaped neck, accompanied by the iconic Adidas stripes adorning saffron-colored sleeves. As anticipated, the front of the jersey will prominently feature the classic blue color, with the word ‘INDIA’ proudly emblazoned at its center, symbolising the nation’s spirit and pride on the global stage.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) made headlines last week with the announcement of India’s 15-player squad for the upcoming cricket event. The roster revealed a few unexpected exclusions, with opener Shubman Gill and star batter Rinku Singh notably absent from the main squad.
